Family Competence Center

Children, teenagers and adults

Learning and behavioral difficulties (ADHD/ADS, autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia and high sensitivity),
Chronic fatigue, exhaustion and depressive moods in children, adolescents and adults.

We basically work with the following approaches:

Integrative Medizin (ausführliche körperliche Untersuchung, Diagnostik und Therapie)

  • Energetische Medizin (Diagnostik und Therapie)
  • Ausbalancierung der Neuromotorischen Reifung, (Diagnostik und Erstellen eines individuellen Trainingsprogramms für die Integration der frühkindlichen Reflexe)
  • Integrativpsychologische Ansätze und Systemische Familienanalysen
  • Pädagogisches Coaching

Cause Analysis

In the first stage, we analyze the possible causes of your symptoms together with you. We examine possible toxic loads, environmental factors, deficiencies, malnutrition and stress factors. This is followed by a comprehensive physical examination, as well as further diagnostic measures such as blood, stool, saliva and urine examinations, thermography and others.

Release & relief

The second stage concentrates on a balanced internal environment for the body, which forms the basis for later healing success. Important methods here are, for example, dental restoration, the rehabilitation of the intestine, or a detoxification of the organs – especially the liver. In this phase, holistic pain therapy can be a crucial means to control pain without the use of medications, rich in side effects, from conventional medicine.

Regeneration & biostimulation

The third stage is all about regeneration. The humoral (antibody-mediated immune response) and cellular (primarily T lymphocyte-mediated immune response) defense are stimulated by a wide range of non-specific and specific immune stimulants. The stimulation and vitalization of all organs and physical structures is important to us.

Harmonization & awareness

The fourth stage focuses on bringing the levels of body, mind and soul back into harmony. Full health is only possible in the long term if we value and accept ourselves. We offer you an environment in which to find the way to yourself and to thereby open up new sources of energy.

To the exhaustion states and the depressive moods:

When the batteries are getting emptier and emptier, it makes sense to organize targeted support on both a physical and a psychological level. Exhaustion very often goes hand in hand with depressive moods and, vice versa, depressive moods can also cause physical exhaustion.
Body and psyche work closely together. We take this natural interaction into account and use it to your advantage. Children and adolescents can also be exhausted, we have the necessary expertise and experience on how to support you holistically.

On learning and behavioral difficulties:

For many parents, a world collapses when their child is diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD for short. ADHD belongs to the so-called hyperkinetic disorders and is described as a behavioral and emotional disorder whose onset is in childhood or adolescence. Attention deficit disorder (ADD) is very similar to ADHD. However, hyperactivity is missing in this clinical picture, which is why ADHD is often referred to as “silent ADHD”.

However, children also become conspicuous in other ways, for example, through the inability to react interactively to other people adequately, development of language deficits and stereotyped rituals (tics, autism) or through massive difficulties in learning to read and write (dyslexia), through spatial disorientation and through difficulties with numbers and arithmetic (dyscalculia). Highly sensitive children are difficult to grasp: they have their very own ideas, are sensitive on many levels, emotional, socially engaged, at the same time often defiant to rebellious and/or very introverted and shy. All the difficulties described occur not only in childhood, but can also occur in adults.

  • as yet unclear causes

Scientific observations suggest two to three causes for all the above-mentioned problems:

  • Genetic disposition: Disturbances in individual neuronal regulatory circuits lead to an oversupply or undersupply of various neurotransmitters (dopamine, norepinephrine) with the consequence of disturbed self-regulation. This could also explain the frequent occurrence within certain families.
  • Prenatal influences such as alcohol, drugs, infections, emotional stress or complications during birth (injuries), although not all of these factors necessarily lead to ADHD and other problems.
  • Psychosocial factors: the family and school environment are certainly not the cause of ADHD, but they can have a significant influence on the course of the disorder.

It is clear from the current extensive research that a clear and exponential increase in all of these abnormalities has been registered, both in the USA and in Europe, and that, in addition, other alternative explanations for the development of the abnormalities are being discussed intensively and not yet conclusively.

Our approach:

In a first step, we clarify other possible causes:

  • Heavy metal exposure as a result of the mother’s amalgam fillings during pregnancy
  • Environmental stress
  • Food intolerances, e.g. to gluten and/or milk protein
  • Fatty acid deficiency, especially omega-3 fatty acids
  • Deficiency of important minerals, vitamins or trace elements
  • Metabolic disorders
  • Chronic viral or parasitic loads
  • Intestinal dysbiosis, leaky gut
  • Developmental maturity and integration of early childhood reflexes, neuromotor maturation
  • Dysbalance in the family system
  • Optional: building biology clarification

Our therapeutic procedure

For children and their families, where the pressure of suffering is usually particularly high, we offer rapid help. Therefore, we have developed a program that accompanies and supports those affected holistically, according to need and necessity, for about a year, so that “calm” returns to the life of the whole family. After a more intensive initial phase, the appointments thereafter follow a bi-monthly rhythm, are coordinated and efficiently organized so that your time burden can be kept low.

In our therapeutic approach we take into account the following steps

  • Individual homeopathic constitutional treatment: The aim of this treatment is to avoid the use of psychostimulants such as methylphenidate.
  • Vital field diagnostics: Measuring the electromagnetic field, i.e. the vital field of the body. Vital field therapies to reorganize and harmonize the body through the impulse of electromagnetic waves. This type of therapy is completely painless and therefore very suitable for children.
  • Vital substance deficiencies: Supplementation orally, intramuscularly or intravenously.
  • Detailed nutritional counseling and creation of an individual diet plan in case of proven food intolerances, which can be easily applied in everyday family life
  • Individual intestinal reconstruction and milieu therapy in case of proven intestinal dysbiosis
  • Initiation of the elimination of proven toxins orally, via vital field therapy or intravenously
  • Testing of neuromotor maturity and instruction in developmental movement training for reintegration of early childhood reflexes. The training is practiced daily at home and takes 5-10 minutes each time.
  • Pedagogical coaching of the children: transmission of strategies for coping with everyday school life
  • Psycho-pedagogical coaching, especially for the parents, to deal with possible pregnancy stresses or in case of a difficult birth, to harmonize the family system and to learn various pedagogical techniques to better cope with everyday life with your demanding child.
  • Informing the child’s teachers, as requested and agreed upon (short brochure, contact).

For adult patients, the therapeutic procedure is also determined individually, but usually requires a shorter time frame.
