Its incidence <strong>increases significantly with age<\/strong>, but younger people can also be affected. For a long time, osteoarthritis was understood primarily as mechanical wear and tear. Today we know that, in addition to structural changes, inflammatory and metabolic processes also play an important role.    <br>Biological medicine takes these interrelationships into account and
