General information for our patients
1. treatment concept of the Alpstein Clinic
The holistic view of our patients characterizes our view of medicine and dentistry. Biological medicine is the basis for our treatment concepts. We rely on the best available scientific knowledge and thus create the basis for an evidence-based offer. Our many years of experience form part of these sources and are incorporated into the respective treatments as a valuable addition.
Biological medicine not only stands for the optimal use of natural and instrumental procedures, but also for appropriate, efficient and gentle therapies that address all biological levels of the human being. This view is rounded off by appropriate preventive options and methods. The integrative approach to conventional medicine, in which we combine conventional and biological medicine in an individualized way, is one of our strengths. By holistic approach, we mean considering the individual person in their individuality, the connections between body, mind and soul. This also requires intensive cooperation between medicine and dentistry - we attach great importance to this, regardless of whether the illness is acute or chronic.
2. integrative-biological dental treatment
The integrative, scientifically proven, biological dental treatment is based on individually differentiated and comprehensive diagnostics compared to conventional dentistry. We recognize incompatible materials and inflammations in the patient's mouth, so-called interference fields, which are not taken into account in conventional treatment and can lead to chronic systemic diseases. The removal and elimination of dental interference fields is carried out in close cooperation with the medical department and accompanied by biological therapy approaches. For harmonious bite rehabilitation and restoration of chewing function, we rely on
materials and healthy therapeutic agents to ensure the recovery and therapeutic success of our patients.
3. health insurance billing
Certain medical services are subject to compulsory health insurance and are covered by your health insurance. The majority of these are conventional medical services. Other services are not part of the KVG benefits catalog and are paid for by the patient. This includes certain laboratory analyses and most naturopathic treatments. Alpstein Clinic AG will issue you with the corresponding invoices. Depending on your health insurance cover, it may be possible for services to be billed via any supplementary insurance. For binding information, please contact your health insurance company. From January 1, 2018, as a result of Tarmed tariff corrections by the Federal Council, certain medical services (consultation hours/office work) will be limited in time within 3 months. For these reasons and in general, Alpstein Clinic AG cannot guarantee that services will be partially or fully covered by your health insurance.
