General dentistry
General dentistry deals with the prevention, detection and treatment of diseases and complaints in the dental, oral and jaw area. Its core tasks include prophylactic measures, the treatment of periodontal disease, the treatment of jaw dysfunctions and, if necessary, treatment under anesthesia.
Prophylaxis
Prophylaxis is the optimal prevention to avoid diseases at an early stage through regular tooth cleaning and check-ups. The aim is to achieve long-term success in oral and general health.
Periodontal disease
Periodontitis, also known as periodontal disease, is an infectious disease of the periodontium (tooth root, gums and bone). The irreversible consequences are atrophy of the gums and bone, a reduction in chewing function and ultimately tooth loss. In addition, the bad oral bacteria spread via the mucous membranes, the digestive tract and the bloodstream and can cause health problems in the body. The best known include: Diabetes, heart and respiratory diseases, myocarditis, stroke, neuroinflammation and premature births.
We can detect periodontitis using the laboratory marker aMMP8 (an immune defense marker that is significantly involved in the progression of periodontitis).
Periodontitis - Marker germ test - Pool sample
Testing for marker germs gives us a good basis for selecting the appropriate form of therapy and the optimal ingredients for aroma oil therapy.
Aroma oil therapy
Aromatherapy is a natural means of treating periodontal disease.

Dental treatment under anesthesia
Dental treatment under anesthesia
Patients with severe dental anxiety in particular want to be treated with as little pain as possible and not feel anything of the treatment. We offer these patients the option of experiencing their treatment practically in their sleep. In particular, lengthy treatments and complex treatments (often several sessions) can be carried out without complications and stress-free in twilight sleep or under general anesthesia in a single session.
Analgosedation (twilight sleep)
By administering various low-dose anesthetics, we achieve a sleep-like state during analgosedation. The patient can usually recover quickly and we can discharge them home with an accompanying person.
General anesthesia (general anesthesia)
During a general anesthetic, we completely switch off the patient’s consciousness and sensation of pain. After an appropriate period of time in the post-operative recovery room, we then discharge the patient home with an accompanying person.

The interplay of teeth, jaw and body posture
All the muscles, joints and bones in the body are precisely coordinated with the teeth. The disruption of one of these areas often leads to acute or chronic complaints, such as back pain, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), migraine-like headaches and severe tension.
Teeth are often the cause of these complaints. It is therefore important to treat the bite so that your posture remains healthy. We take a close look at your mouth, your jaw muscles, your jaw joints and the position of your teeth when you bite together. We check whether causes such as incorrect clenching or uneven chewing conditions could lead to chewing pain. Our aim is to improve your posture so that you can start your everyday life in harmony.

Areas of application / Indications
- Dental care & prevention, gingivitis, periodontitis, anxiety patients
- CMD; incorrect bite position, grinding, clenching, tinnitus, neuralgia
- Interference fields
- Firm teeth and optimal chewing function
